Junior Weight: Not over 11 pounds, Minimum 5.5 pounds
Intermediate Does: Not over 12.5 pounds
Intermediate Bucks: Not over 12 pounds
Senior Does: 11.5 pounds and over
Senior Bucks: 11 pounds and over

This breed is usually the largest lop eared rabbit. Its body is massive and thick.

Condenier

The French Lop was first shown around 1850 by breeder Condenier. It was believed to have been created by crossing an English Lop with a Butterfly (breed in France similar to a Flemish Giant). It was brought to the United States along with English Lops.
